1. How long does shipping take?

U.S. orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Tracking numbers are emailed once shipped.


2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S. We plan to expand international shipping soon.


3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Skincare devices and masks that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please email support@seraphimglow.com for assistance.


4. How do I request a refund or exchange?

Email us with your order number at support@seraphimglow.com. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.
